Ultimate Solution POA
Custom project begins with an Onsite Consultation, quotes from external services (cleaner, gardener, painter, etc) & a schedule of work including: shopping for additional decor items, furniture layout, decluttering, sorting, packing & organising, restyling to optimise presentation for sale.
Best for: Very large or multi-level house. Overflowing storage or clutter. Considerations such as downsizing, bereavement, relationship breakdown etc requiring planning & sorting possessions.

Walk-through interior & exterior with client advising changes & improvements to optimise presentation for sale.
Blueprint Report $299
Full assessment from street kerb to back fence with notes & photos. A written report is emailed with photos to client & real estate salesperson within 24 hours.
Best for: Advice-only service or in preparation for custom project plan (price is credited on booking).
Best for: Repairs & maintenance needed as well as to styling, or where absentee owners need the property assessed. Detailed advice for clients to complete the work themselves.
