How it Works:
During your in-home session, we’ll rework furniture layout, simplify contents, and style key areas to elevate presentation. If additional work is needed — such as cleaning, gardening, or repairs — we’ll connect you with trusted professionals and leave a clear plan in place so your home is photo-ready with minimal stress.

You’ll stay comfortably in place while your home is styled to shine — ready for photography, viewings, and a confident sale
Consultation - $150
The best place to start all of our services is with this 1-hour on-site session. We provide a room-by-room assessment and recommendations with a focus on obtaining the best marketing photos, how to create a great walk through for the target buyer group and ensure the home remains functional for living during the process.
Express - $399
Our 3-hour session is perfect for 2 or 3 bedrooms homes that are tidy and comfortably lived-in. We do an initial walk-through and plan then complete furniture layout, simplify decor and styling, provide additional verbal styling advice and service recommendations.
Premium - $749
Our full day service is ideal for larger homes or where there is packing required to clear spaces. This service may include pantry, wardrobe styling and co-ordination with other service providers. Multi-day services are available or a Custom package may suit better.
Custom
Starting with a consultation, this service includes quoting, project schedule, styling, sorting, and packing. The custom service is ideal for larger homes or clients with complex situations such as downsizing or life transitions.
Partial Bedroom Staging
For our Occupied Home Staging clients with a spare bedroom or office, we provide an add-on bedroom stage service (subject to availability).
Vacant and Partial Staging
Peacock Projects is not a Staging service, we can facilitate vacant or partial staging for our clients through our collaboration with expert providers in this service.
All prices include GST and travel within our standard service area
